Returns & Exchanges

All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Every customer has the right to return an item to our return address within 30 days of receiving their order. Limited-time offer: we are currently offering an extended 60-day return window.

Please note that certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, as explained below.

Hygiene products

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and health protection reasons, underwear, bras, and swimwear cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken.

This is in line with international consumer protection laws, which generally allow sellers to exclude the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Underwear, bras, and swimwear are personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with intimate areas of the body. To ensure that every customer receives products that are new, unused, and hygienic, all items are carefully packaged and sealed.

Once the hygiene seal has been broken, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

Our products are sealed for hygiene and health protection reasons. In order to inspect the item, the hygiene seal must be broken. Once the seal has been broken, the item can no longer be returned for a refund — but may be exchanged under our Fit Guarantee if the size is not suitable.

Fit Guarantee – First purchase, worry-free

We understand that ordering underwear online can sometimes be tricky when it comes to sizing.

That's why we offer a Fit Guarantee on your first order.

With your first order, you can exchange underwear or bras once for a different size, even if the packaging has already been opened.

Please note:

  • The Fit Guarantee applies only to items from your first purchase
  • The Fit Guarantee allows an exchange only, not a refund
  • You only pay the shipping costs for the replacement size

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please first send us an email at:

After receiving your message, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as our return centre may not be able to process the return correctly.

Who covers the return costs?

Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Please note that our return centre is not located in your country. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment to our international return centre.

However, if you make use of our Fit Guarantee, we do not charge return costs.

What if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a clearly defective item, we will of course resolve this for you.

In that case, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days after the return shipment has arrived at our return centre, using the original payment method.

I placed multiple orders. Can I return them in one parcel?

If you placed multiple orders that were delivered in separate parcels, they unfortunately cannot be returned together in one package.

Our warehouse processes a large number of orders daily, and each order must be returned separately so it can be processed correctly.

Important information about cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled before delivery, as all orders are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

The withdrawal period is met if the goods are sent back before the return period has expired. The day your order is delivered counts as day 1.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
